Update 02/23 updating office to version ending in 20200 and restarting the endpoint seems to be resolving the issue. I believe the issue is the deprecation of Internet Explorer is screwing up a registry key, I would love to know what it is, so I could just script the repair. This is method has been faster and has worked several times.
I have seen people recommending deleting the AAD Broker, using the SARA tool and re-installing office. Close Word, Launch Outlook you are fixed and user is back up in about 8 minutes.
